Nestled in old growth pine trees, the ambiance is one of seclusion. Wind along the short driveway and you will arrive at your Breckenridge home, 6 miles south of town. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an extra TV room i addition to the living room, this home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The vaulted living room and picture windows look out to the west with mountainside views. The kitchen is well equipped to allow for family and group gatherings around the kitchen island and large dining table that easily seats 6.

A tranquil mountain retreat with its own babbling brook running through the property. Roast smores at the fire pit during the summer months (sorry it will be buried in plenty of powder in the winter!)

The house has 3 levels - 

Ground level - entry / garage / TV room .... upstairs to:

Main level - living room / kitchen / queen bedroom / Bunk room with bunk bed (twin over full)   / bathroom with shower / laundry & Bathroom with shower-tub combo / outside east deck with Hot tub and west deck with BBQ grill and patio furniture .... upstairs to:

Upper level - Master with king bed / master bathroom with separate shower and toilet plus large jetted tub.  Small deck off master bedroom.

It is always recommended to rent a 4x4 vehicle during the winter months. Winter driving conditions are common and whilst the driveway is plowed it makes life much easier with all wheel drive!

There are 2 security cameras at the front of the house - these face the garage door/key pad and the parking/yard areas.
